PATRICK WHITE Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director |
| Mr. White was named to his current positions in August 2002. A former financial services and printing industry executive, he had previously spent 23 years at Rochester Community Savings Bank, which was later acquired by Charter One Bank. During his tenure, the bank grew from an $800 million private thrift to a $2 billion publicly held institution. Since 1989, Mr. White operated four printing companies, updating his original traditional offset printing companies to a state-of-the-art digital imaging operation. Since 1990, he worked in the research and development of various document security technologies and began marketing security print products in 1994. He holds both a Bachelor of Science degree, in Accounting, and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. |

PETER ETTINGER President |

Peter Ettinger, President of Document Security Systems is a 25-year veteran of the sales and marketing industry. As President of Document Security Systems, Mr. Ettinger is responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales force as well as for developing strategic partnerships across targeted vertical markets.
Before joining Document Security Systems, Mr. Ettinger was partner of the Long Branch Group, LLC, a company focused on the development and implementation of corporate sales and marketing strategies for start-up companies. At Long Branch; Ettinger advised, consulted, and implemented sales, and creative efforts for Encyclopedia Britannica and its entrance to the video-on-demand field as well as General Motors, The Audubon Society, the states of Texas and Kentucky and the 60 plus corporate and state sponsors focused on the US Pavilion at the 2005 World's Fair in Aichi, Japan. Prior to Long Branch, LLC, Mr. Ettinger was senior vice president of marketing for CityNet, a telecommunications company, where he was responsible for all channel markets and direct sales that resulted in tripling the company's revenue. Mr. Ettinger has served as General Manager of ACG, an international communications firm that focuses on the use of diversified media to reach and influence specific corporate sales and marketing targets. Mr. Ettinger produced numerous client wins, product introductions and branding efforts for companies such as AOL, WorldSpace MCI WorldCom, Qwest and AT&T. |

THOMAS WICKER Chief Technology Officer |
| Mr. Wicker joined the company in November 2002. He has worked as a document security scientist for over 20 years. Prior to joining DSSI, he worked for the document security consulting firm, Thomas M. Wicker Enterprises. Currently Mr. Thomas Wicker serves as the key technologist, directing the technical operations behind our patented document security properties. He is credited with helping build some of the most sophisticated anti-counterfeiting technology into the world's most highly critical printed documents such as the U.S. currency. Mr. Thomas Wicker has consulted for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Central Intelligence Agency, Moore Business Forms (now R.R. Donnelly), American Bank Note Company and various other government and high-end corporate security printers. He has numerous document security patents and pending patent applications in 94 countries that he has since transferred to DSSI. Mr. Thomas Wicker refined his skills working with his late father, Ralph Wicker, a widely known document security scientist who received the New York State Patent Law Assn. INVENTOR OF THE YEAR Award in 1995. |

With a diverse background including securities law, merger and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate law, Michael Hughes brings significant legal experience to Document Security Systems. As Senior Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel of DSS, Mr. Hughes oversees all legal affairs of the company and is responsible for developing and fostering new strategic relationships with large corporations worldwide.
Prior to joining DSS, Mr. Hughes was in private legal practice with clients that included Document Security Systems, IDT Corporation as well as assorted hedge funds. Before private legal practice, he worked at the law firms of McDermott, Will & Emery LLP in New York City, and Lowenstein Sandler in New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, cum laude, from University of Scranton and holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark. |

Terry Carlisano serves as Vice President of Sales for Document Security Systems. He has over 20 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and operations, and has been recognized for his exceptional organization building skills as well as his ability to motivate others. As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Calisano is responsible for revenue growth, new and existing business development, implementing strategic sales programs, finding new sales channels and opportunities across multiple industries, and managing the company's national direct sales force. Prior to joining Document Security Systems, Mr. Carlisano was Manager, Global Accounts at Cisco Systems. He grew revenue directly or through channel partners for numerous accounts, and consistently surpassed his annual quotas. In addition to his background with large organizations, Mr. Carlisano has spearheaded two start-up companies. |

DAVID WICKER Vice President, Operations and Technology |

In his current position, Mr. Wicker is responsible for product awareness and developing business solutions for clients' documents and brand packaging. From 1991 to 1998, as a member of the Wicker Group, he was involved in security printing licensing and implementation of newly patented technology to 104 forms printers in 6 countries. His work included development of trade techniques designed to provide easy use of secure technologies, which were implemented through on-site technical training for web press operators around the country. In October 1995, Mr. Wicker was awarded U.S. patent # 5,454,598 for perforations designed to thwart fraud.
In 1995 Mr. Wicker created Document Security Consultants, Inc. (DSC) to sell and design security documents containing Wicker technologies. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Wicker was involved in a number of document security initiatives. These included the development of Wicker2000 technology to combat the newer color copier threat, and a "safety paper" concept containing Wicker2000 technologies. Mr. Wicker successfully introduced "safety paper" to over 400 paper distributors worldwide. In 2002, Mr. Wicker sold DSC to Document Security Systems, Inc. In addition to his innovative contributions to the development of document security technologies, Mr. Wicker brings over 24 years experience in the commercial printing industry. |

KEN WICKER Vice President of Emerging Technology |

In January of 2006, Ken Wicker joined Document Security Systems as the Vice President of Emerging Technology. At DSS, Ken is an integral part of developing new patents, updating existing patents to remain effective against technological advances in copiers and scanners, as well as developing solutions for the integration of AuthentiGuard technologies into specific applications.
Prior to working with DSS, Ken worked with his father, Ralph Wicker at the Wicker Group. He started at the Wicker Group back in 1986, where he learned the printing trade from working on various printing presses that the family owned. As his father's work evolved into anti-counterfeiting print technology, Ken's skills were focused in the same direction. He has worked on improvements to existing patents held by the Wicker Group and has developed new technologies that he has since patented. Other work he performed at the Wicker Group involved integrating technologies for companies such as US Banknote and Moore Wallace. |

MICHAEL CATON Vice President, Research and Development / Emerging Technologies |

In his current position, Mr. Caton is responsible for implementing and servicing the technical needs of the DSSI patented anti-counterfeiting system with licensees. Joining Document Security Systems in 2004, he worked closely with Thomas Wicker and the late Ralph Wicker in the development of some of the most sophisticated anti-counterfeiting technology in the world for documents such as currency, car titles, and travelers checks. His work also included new product development and the further refinement of existing patents.
Mr. Caton has over 24 years experience in the pre-press and printing industry of which 20 has been in the security field. Prior to officially joining DSSI, he was a part owner of Document Security Consultants. In this capacity he consulted for the Wicker Group and Thomas Wicker Enterprises while continuing his work for a variety of large printers and pre-press houses. |

PHILIP JONES Vice President of Finance and Treasurer |

Mr. Jones is a CPA and holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has 13 years experience in both the public and private accounting and finance sectors, including positions at Arthur Anderson and PricewaterhouseCoopers, American Fiber Systems (Controller), and Zapata (NYSE:ZAP)(Accounting Manager and Director of Finance). Prior to his role at Document Security Systems, Mr. Jones was Controller at American Fiber Systems, Inc. (AFS), a rapidly growing telecommunications company based in Rochester, NY. At AFS, he was responsible for all facets of financial and accounting management with anticipation of an Initial Public Offering. At Zapata, Mr. Jones was responsible for all SEC reporting requirements, which included the successful spin-off and IPO of the company's Internet subsidiary.
At Document Security Systems, Mr. Jones combines his technical SEC reporting experience with his hands-on operational skills required for a rapidly growing company, including directing systems and process implementations and general financial controls critical to a high growth company. |

ROBIN PEDACE Director of Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations |

Robin Pedace joined Document Security Systems as Director of Marketing and PR in December 2006. She is responsible for expanding and overseeing all of the company's marketing, public relations, and communications initiatives while developing strategic programs to grow the business nationally and internationally. Prior to DSS, Ms. Pedace was a Senior Manager with Sprint Nextel Communications where she handled internal marketing and communications for the Engineering and Operations, IT and Technology Development groups nationally.
Before joining Sprint Nextel Communications, Ms. Pedace was Director of Marketing with CityNet Telecommunications where she was responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing programs to support channel sales and expand the company's reach through multi-media outlets. |
